VVVVVV is an innovative platform game about a space adventure that has very simple nostalgia inducing graphics and it's a science fiction space adventure that comes without one of the inseparable parts of an adventure game.
Simple Controls
- Walk Left
- Walk Right
- Flip Gravity
Then you can read/listen to messages, collect stuff and complete objectives. It's like any other lonely guy in the middle of a space station/planet kind of adventure without the combat and without jumping.
Reviews
When game design is taught in most universities, VVVVVV will be on every syllabus
What's also remarkable - and much harder to explain - is how atmospheric and full of character VVVVVV manages to be with the most basic audiovisual resources.
