A PC without a fan cooling!!! this sounds Efficient power consumption.
Pros:-

it runs on Intel Gemini Lake platform technology, which minimize the temperature productions and reduce the total power consumption.
can Continually work for 24 hrs for weeks.
provide high speed network connectivity powered by Intel i211 Gigabit LAN and support fast speed WiFi.
support 4k ultra high definition display quality.
Cons:-
It is not as fast as a Core Processor.
