Rufus drives independently in front of you during your running workout and only needs to be steered via the remote control or by touching the grips if you deviate or change direction. During the training a pulse-dependent speed control with targeted loads and relief of your body takes place. The entire control is done with the Rufus App via a tablet or smartphone. You can choose from different professional training plans and Rufus will adapt its speed to the specified pulse value of the respective training. This leads to optimal strain control, effective performance increase, shorter recovery times and avoids overloading.
