This is a complete and free platform to be able to manage projects via the web. It is designed and built by Ellen and Erlend Simonsen, and a server collaborated in its translation into Spanish, although it is also available in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian ... I personally use it to manage my projects, and it really works wonder.
In order to use it, you just have to register. Once the registration is complete, you will be able to use all its potentialities, through a careful interface at the usability level, and very efficient.
In the registry, you must specify the name of your company, and thus your account will be created within ClockingIt, which you will access through an address of the type http://tuempresa.clockingit.com. Once logged in, this is the appearance of the general control panel.
As you can see, in the general administration panel you have easy access to all sections of the software, which are:
Examine tasks and projects
View the history of tasks performed
Files and work documents
Activity reports
See the agenda
Wiki, Chat, Forum
A part of the Views column (on the right), which are buttons for quick visualization of your tasks, your projects, ... fully configurable to your liking.
