The best customer feedback is repeat orders. Customer feedback is very important. Just likes comments users make on hunts. It tella hunters how much wow factor their great hunt has and when vote count is low, it means poor hunt or time of posting wasn't great. So customer feedback is important as it helps improve products that helps improve sales and that helps provide more jobs and consumerism flourishes.
Customer feedback is important to a successful business or project. Your business is serving a customer base. if you don't provide them something valuable they will switch for something better. But i you keep in touch you can cater to them better and maybe even charge higher prices for a better service while increasing customer ratings.
I don't know much about NPS framework. I'm not a marketing expert. But I do love the interface and UX.
