As we know people with special needs always get an unpleasant place in normal human life. Considered retarded and unable to do anything, and be troublesome lives of others. But without us knowing they can doing many things even more than normal people in general.
Job ability is the largest platform that connecting job seekers who have special needs (disabilities) with job providers or employers who do provide opportunities for people with disabilities to have the same right for get job.
How it works,
- For job seekers just sign-up for job seeker account and then post about anonymous resume for free. With this account everyone can find job that they want, and offer their resume and get notifications.
- For employers, sign up to create the employer account then post about the qualifications job that offers, search resume etc, with the different price and the active period of the job vacancies.

This is not a bad idea. Companies, for good reasons and may be sometimes questionable intentions want to have diversity in employees. And someone with disability should be able to make use of that. Depending on the disability they will be capable of performing a desk job and may be even be the best physicist in the world. This way disabled people can reach out to employers easily and employers can also give more opportunities to disabled people if they want to. Maybe what i am trying to say has some controversial aspects to it, but i do like this hunt a lot.

This is just wonderful! There is this popular saying that there is ability in disability! We need to understand that they are equally human like every other beings and we could have been in their shoes. I am happy with this initiative. It will give them sense of belonging and i hope many companies understand that we are all human beings and give every man equal right to work and associate. Kudos to the brains behind this initiative.

Most of the time, the general population doesn't really understand people with disabilities. These people are often treated with hate and contempt, which is very wrong. This is an excellent platform for PWD's to prove themselves. That they might be missing something physically but they are still capable of doing something relevant and they can make a living even without being pitied by others.
You're right, sometimes disabilities people always get the bad treated in our society. But if they know, disabilities people always have different can offers to this world. If you know about Paralympic games, there's amazing talent performed by disabilities people and sometimes we can't do it.
It is a great product because it is the help of humanity. Good product to have opportunity of job for special/ disable peoples. Great hunt.
