It is a fact that everyone in life has suffered from stress, something that affects our lives if it is very constant. In order to combat daily stress, it takes time to relax, in other words time to meditate.
This application is a support for people who have stress and want to meditate, no matter how little time they have.
With just 10 minutes a day you can relax wherever you want, be it in the office, at school or anywhere else you are.
It has 85 meditation guides and more than 100 sounds that you can integrate at the time of the meditations, so that you have total relaxation.

This is one app that surprised me. I've tried other meditation apps before, but so far not only are meditation apps hard to find, but good and useful ones like this are even more difficult to find.
It is a good app with good soundtrack, clear instructions and the calm voice of the instructor it helps to relax.
This app is worth gold, I'm using it several times each day to relax! The content is outstanding and if there's ever an issue the customer service responds quickly.
Meditation is very necessary for body relaxation and mind relaxation. I also do meditation and listen to meditation music to relax my mind. This app is good there is lots of meditation guide and meditation music.
