Electric surf boards are the new big trend especially when it is summer time. Hydrofoil technology is awesome advantages for riding cause th friction with water is minimum so with less energy you can go faster and longer. In surf boards with hydrofoil you dont surf in the water you surf ABOVE the water. When its equiped with an electric motor, its a magnificent vehicle you can have like Jetfoiler.

A trendy product in recent years. It's a technological surfboard. It is among the most preferred products in the summer months. The biggest advantage is that it can go faster and longer with less energy.
Good hunt and I'm sure with this, one do not need to be a professional surfer to use this as it requires (from what I read there) just staying on the board and above the water surface. without the need to be behind a boat
My pros:
Ability to surf on any kind of water eg. rivers, ocean, lakes etc.
Mobility advantage: You can take it with you anywhere
Takes away the need to rent or pay for a boat where you are faced with crossing a water

I agree with your pros but not with cons cause there isnt much maintenance cost for this board because its electric.
Really..Now compare with a wakeboard that doesn't incur any maintenance costs. It's electric, therefore servicing, replacing batteries, changing components are inevitable in the long run
Ok but its not fair to compare a motorized product with non motorized one. It would be more righteous to compare it with other sea vehicles. And on that manner because its powered with electric motor, it has significant advantages on the fuel based ones in the maintenance issue.
I would like to try one of these to be honest but there’s a little problem about that.
My problem? I can actually surf (also windsurf) and paddle board. Maybe if somebody could tune up one of these 🤔
you may want to check this out, there is already windsurf adaptation of hydrofoil. But windsurf with electric motor is little tricky. Wont be sufficient but there are windsurf boards which has a motor to help navigation. @sixdorks
