These are hands-free crutches.
IWalk is designed for injuries below the knee. It frees up your arms and gives you better mobility. They can be adjusted to fit anyone from 4'10" to 6'6".
It sells for $150 on Amazon

This is awesome! I'm pretty sure I've seen this out and about already.

Pros:

  • Walking with a crutch is awkward and you can't carry anything, this totally frees you up.
  • $150 is so cheap for access to this kind of mobility.
  • That height range is amazing!
  • Reminds me of pegleg pirates, which is great.

Cons:

  • Might not be great for your knee to be bent like that for long periods of time, but I'm sure there are all sorts of warnings about being it in for too long.
  • A rental service might be more useful than buying them outright.

That is some seriously poor video, but I saw enough to really like the idea. Way better than normal crutches. Way better.

Very interesting @folken. I am sure that this will help a lot of people in the world. Always nice to see new inventions that help the world. Thanks for sharing.

its a amezing tricks...
