Backspin is designed by Nod as a modern high precision controller for usage in VR and with drones. On their website, they have a long list of developer tools software for various platforms. At this stage, this edition of the product seems to be for designed for developers and not the mainstream users.
When I first saw this device, the first thought that came to mind was it would be cool if it could be used as a mouse for a computer. I am still not sure if it can be. Feel free to browse Nod's website to see if you like what they are innovating and if this is something you would like to have. If you are a developer for VR and drones, you may find this project/product very interesting. Make sure you visit the developer's section.
