Glyphter is a browser-based tool that lets you create your own customized icon fonts. It is simple to use, and users can create their customized icon fonts with few drag and drops and clicks.
Users can use already available icons and/or download their own SVG icons. Using Glyphter's built-in editor users can customize their icons with adding shadows, changing colors, rotating, scaling, etc.
Why would I use Glyphter?
To create your own fonts! Glyphter allows you to take SVG files and map them to a character grid. You can then output and use your font anywhere.
If you are a web designer or a student of web design you may find Glypther useful. Give a try and see if you like it.

Another SVG great application that let us make our vector fonts and have a clean and clear site as a glass. SVG is known to be slick as any web control and the fonts can make a brand if chosen wisely. Great to see this brought to the web space!

Nice hunt by @geekgirl, this tool helps you to creat your own customize icon fonts and it also helps to change colours in your , rotating and scanning all with this tool and it is very easy and simple to use, it also helps you to designed expecially if you are web designers or students. This is what i would love to have it on my list. This one is great for making cool icons. We can make icons very easily with just simple clicks and drags.
