Hey Hunters,

Here is another awesome gadget, this is a very clever device that can actually detect water leakage and freezing.

Having such devices in your homes in selected areas like under the kitchen or bathroom sinks, next to the washing machine or water heater for precaution or preventive measures will end up saving you lots of money and hassle, before the leak or freeze problem escalates into a bigger problem.

Here are some of the reasons why I say this product is so awesome:

• Is Wifi enabled
• Has its own app, called Honeywell Home App
• The device is battery operated (3-year battery life)
• Has LED light indicator
• Built-in siren (100 dB buzzer)
• The 4 ft cord attached to the device is a special cord with sensory tip. - For leak or water detection, once the cord gets wet or is drenched with water it will send you notifications
• For freeze detection, it will send you notifications when temperature gets too low
• It can also detect humidity levels and notifies when the humidity level heightens
• The cord can be extended or has extensions up to 500 ft which is sold separately
• Device can be placed on the floor or hung
• Device can also be used wireless
• At the back of device itself has 2 little metal contacts, if come into contact with moisture or water, it will automatically notify you
• Apart from alerting you by sending you notifications, the app itself can also provide you with temperature and humidity charts which allows you to see and monitor the change in temperature and humidity
