When you take a photograph of a place, and scan it, you can get all information about it by this app, like Shazam.
If you want, you can search by keywords and top results will be listed for you.
You can read reviews for your search, get tips from foursquare, you can book reservations via OpenTable, directly book for Uber.
You can send reports, what is happening at that place real time and of course you can read, what is happening at that place real time.
It is available for ios, and free of charge.
