Unfortunately there are major problems around the world specially in rural areas with drinking water and like you mention this is the most important components for human beings. I do believe that we even should not have to pay for it but this is another story that can create a lot of discussions.
Another great Hunt @jlufer, and after talking a look at their official site i notice that they do operate in over 40 countries with over 800 units in function. The fact that a product based on a simple idea can generate up to 1200 liters of purified water that can supply 500 people drinking water needs shows great efficiency specially for the size of it.
The price is usd is nothing comparing with what this device can offer and i hope they will function more units in the near future...
