I would like to have a fit look like everyone, especially before entering the summer. But since I do desk job, my sleeping and eating arrangements are not very suitable for sports. Actually, It's better to say; I can do sports, but I don't have time to go to the gym.

To be honest that's actually an excuse... If a person is determined to do sports, he can find a way to make time. Despite all the possibilities of this solution, if the one still does not have time. It is best to apply to Monkii !

    Pros:

    • extremely portable and durable
    • the design is just spot on for the modern-day athlete
    • accompanying app has many workouts specifically made for the system
    • USA quality

    Cons:

    • why did I buy that clunky set from Lidl again?
    • oh that's right, this is extremely pricey, even for the quality

    Pros :

    • It is a good workout where you can experience body exercises
    • You can be your own personal trainer since there is a sample workout guides which can help you perform the correct workout that you need
    • It does include 200+ workouts to select from
    • It has great functionality and durability
    • No need for monthly fees and crowded gyms
    • You can even do workout by yourself

    Cons :

    • No cons that i can see

    • Make a healthy trip
    • Make a personal gym at home, the hotel, or outside.
    • I can do exercise at any time
    • Can exercise the whole body
