They say there's nothing like mum's love. However, few people know that time before & after pregnancy is extremely tough for women. Conversations around maternal mental heath have seen an increase, but its still not mainstream. Infact, stats reveal that 23% of women in UK who died within one year of pregnancy, died because of mental health issues, 14% being suicides. This app is a much needed tool for all soon-to-be and new moms out there to fight any mental health problems.

The app has been developed by healthcare professionals. It targets antenatal and postnatal problems and showed significant results during clinical trials at Ulster University. Early intervention helps to achieve a 90% recovery in post natal depression cases, making this app extremely important.

The app allows you to answer a survey based on clinical techniques, maintain emotion diary, and find health centres and support groups. More services will be added.
