Ever thought about taking a seat and burn some extra calories at the same time?! Sounds fantastic, doesn't it? Well, it is no longer a fantasy with a SitTight chair.
I came across this product on Kickstarter quite some time ago and thought it was a great project, and now they've launched. As someone who spends most of their time at a desk working on my laptop, having a chair that would make me keep my posture up instead of being slumped over is a life saver. Not to mention strengthening your core over time.
By no means am I saying the chair would substitute the daily activity your body needs, however it certainly will make your routine desk job healthier, by exploiting your body's natural ability to balance.
Supposedly, this will help you maintain focus as well. They claim this by stating that by constantly having to subconsciously focus on balancing, it keeps you "engaged."
I've used an exercise ball in the past, but the problem with that is that you cannot adjust its height to suit your desk and of course there's the safety issue of slipping off of it.

Wow, this is something unique and interesting and the great thing is we can use it while working or watching TV and this current phase of development is great to watch because nowadays what we thought impossible in previous years now all those facilities are becoming reality and in future more to come.

Interesting but with no back support I don't know how well I'd do after putting in a long day. I'm usually sitting for about 6 hours and thus far the only thing I've found that works well for me is a properly adjusted Aeron chair.
But I'd give it a few days try if there was one handy.
That's the thing though in my opinion, if you have back support you will not be forced to balance on this chair and keep your back straight. Could be just a matter of time until you get used to it, who knows, I would try this one out as well :)
