Designed by RINB (ROYAL INSTITUTE OF BLIND PEOPLE), these smartglasses allow blind or visually impaired people to feel things around them more comfortably.
With highly sensitive sensors in the smartglasses the user will be assisted by an intelligent assistant who will alert the person about anything or anyone within the range of sensors.
With a comfortable design and more importantly, practical, the user can have both hands available, since the sensors are in the smartglasses. Equipped even with night vision and with the power to configure it for different vision problems.
This device seems to be an important step for the visually impaired!

For me, this is exciting tech. If you're visually impared, anything which helps you see, or see better is a great leap forward - no matter what they look like.
But jump 20 years into the future and imagine where this (or similar) tech will be - inside a standard sized/looking pair of glasses, or contacts? Look at the difference between the first mobile phones/bricks and the iPhone.
An amazing leap! Today we have this amazing device, in 20 years we'll have more amazing devices to help this kind of conditions!
It is a brilliant invention to empower visually impaired persons and people with special needs. They can be more secure and self sufficient with these smart glasses. Excellent Hunt!
Technology that can be the eye of the visually impaired is always in favor. If this technology is completed and commercialized, many people around the world will appreciate it. After being widely known and given enough support, I hope to be successful in commercialization.
