According to the video, farmers worldwide are able to produce enough food for the planet. However, these foods do not last long enough to reach the desired destinations or target market. That thought alone is worrisome because many people are getting hungry around the world yet foods are getting rotten. What an irony!

Fully agree with you and this is a great product. Developing countries not only have scarce resources but also lack of proper supply chain. Thus a lot of food gets wasted. Increasing shelf life is incredibly important and this product would do wonders in such countries.
