PRAMA is the new interactive fitness platform that look like crossover between arcade game and a playground. Exercise and work out all you want for strength, agility or speed with no treadmill, bikes or rower.
Traditonal training has become a history with the PRAMA system that coordinates music, light and timing thus making the training interactive and motivational. This technology tracks your progress like heart rate and calories burned. The PRAMA stations have corresponding PRAMA software wherein you can customize your training program as an individual or with a group. It also has different programs for different levels from kids, adult and senior citizens.

Awesome. I love to dance, to sing, to exercise. This looks great and exciting. I'm not really a cold person, except when I'm sleeping. I need to warm up my blood.
