The stress of having to determine the whereabouts or location of a friend or acquaintance in an unknown place is quite frustrating. FollowCircle to the rescue.
This app allows you to locate your friends where they are by the use of phone numbers. It will require you to send a 'follow' request to those on your contacts list and see where they are on the map. This will be achieved by your friends approving your 'follow' request. After that, your friends location can then be seen.
Privacy settings can be changed. This means you can block and delete followers if you don't want to be followed.

I really agree with what you say, frustrating when it's hard to find the person we're looking for. But now with the FollowCircles app we can easily find the person we are looking for. Other than that:
