Almost all of us have leakages in our work time, and the funny part, we think it is necessary and part of the work ... may be.
Where this time goes? Why do we think it is necessary?
Most of this time we spend in searching documents, which we have to use as a referrence or else on any particular day's tasks. To organize these documents/files/history etc is not a permanent solution, in case there are too many to look for.
It can be downloaded for free and professional version is available for $10/month. Free version is working fine for me.
