Moon Locator is an app that foretells the position, path of the moon. It also predict the phases of the moon at various points in its orbits during and as the days/years progresses

Features of the Moon Locator App

  • It has the main view which revealed comprehensive information on the position/state of the moon.

  • The AR part use the camera of your phone to show the lunar position

  • The view of the moon position on top of Google maps can be seen via the map feature.

    A great project for moon lovers.
    Easy to use, location detection.
    It is handy.
    Great photography opportunities for photographers

      Pros

      • Inexpensive way (an app on the phone) locate the moon. No need for telescope
      • Anybody with android OS phone can know the position at any give time
