Due to my busy schedule, I don’t have enough time going to the gym. This application Seven helps me a lot for my work out. No fancy equipments needed and you can do it anywhere in just little amount of time. The only things you need are enough floor-space, a wall and a chair for your routine activities. You need to spend time in creating a habit of working out with everyday challenge.

The seven minute workout is a exercise regime that’s been developed to work out your majot muscle groups in a small amount of time. The application will surely good for your heart, that it will reduce your body fat and that it will improve your fitness. In seven minute work out, you will perform 12 exercises for 30 seconds each, with a 10 seconds rest in between. Total in seven minutes and that’s it. The intensity should reach around 8 on a scale 1-10, making it feel unpleasant. You can break a sweat and feel sore after just seven minutes of sweating.

You may choose from the 3 categories. Get fit, get strong or lose weight. The exercise include things like jumping jacks, wall sit, push ups, crunches, step-ups, squats, triceps dips, plank high, knees running in place, lunges, push ups with rotation and side plank. Aren’t you familiar with some? Don’t worry. This application will help you all the way. If you do enough challenges, you may get new workouts to do, which should help to keep you from getting bored with your work out.

My first impression to this application :
At first, I think I can’t break a sweat in just 7 minutes but when I tried this, I was sweating and feel really sore. And yes! It made me feel so unpleasant. It’s very effective! It may only take 7 minutes, but you feel every second of it. You can get the full health benefits by doing a couple of 7 minute workouts each day. I found out that in just 7 minutes of high intensity training using body weight as resistance can help decrease body fat and improve muscular fitness.
