The gadget will help to carry out Kegel exercises correctly and remind you of training.
Elvie performs two simple but important functions.
- It fixes the compression force. When performing tasks with the simulator, the movements of the interactive pearl will be visible on the smartphone's display.

- Motivates. A complex of exercises for strengthening the muscles, like any other, requires a systematic approach. The first results, provided daily training can only be felt for a month! So there can always be a desire to postpone classes.
The Elvie application is interactive, similar to a game where each level has a simple yet unique storyline. For example, one of the stages needs to get into the target, on the other - to keep the pearl in the center, straining the muscles. If for some reason the result is not very good, then you want either to replay, or next time to achieve great success.
Elvie is a very small trainer.

Waoo, technology wants to cover everything; This gadget together with the application are very good for a woman to strengthen her sexual muscles. This not only benefits in having a better sex life, but also reduces the chances of developing incontinence in advanced ages. Great technological hunt for women's health :)

hmm,, impressive innovation here, I don't really understand it's operating mode but I think it's a great tool ideal for women.

@pario, I need muscle buildling as I don't get enough of these when I go swimming. So need some kind of trainer to help me to monitor and improve. Cool and will get.
