This device works simple to make a greater connection despite the distance, each one has a wristband and a speaker that you can place under the pillow, done this, in your pillow now you can hear the hertbeat of the other one, wherever they are in the world with the connection of his app.
The Pillow Talk Android app works best with Samsung S6, S7, S8, Note, Google Pixel 1, Google Pixel 2 devices. At this time, other devices are not officially supported (but will likely work - the best way to check is to try and download the app from the app store; if your device is not compatible, it will stop you!)
If you are an iPhone user (7 onwards) you will need the headphone adaptor dongle that came with your phone to attach your speaker.
Con: To make this work, you will have to buy 2 boxes, each one comes with just 1 set, and its around $150
