It is difficult for many people to determine what number of calories they consume. In addition, we decided to go on a diet, but we do not know what kind of food to eat and which ones (I include myself in this group). That is the origin of attempts to lose weight not work.

Support is the differentiating factor of this app imo. And useful addition. Most times that extra boost or support is needed while trying to lose weight, to overcome the temptation of taking is easy or having large fries and a milkshake instead of small. Nice hunt.
