If you’re anything like me, sleep is awfully important. . .
Surfing on the net today I found probably one of the smallest SMART devices but also one of the coolest and most fashion friendly.
The Oura Ring helps you get better sleep by providing circadian rhythm guidance.
This cool looking ring is designed to be worn 24 hours and looks really cool anyhow. Maybe could be a secondary wedding band while working on improving your rest? Who knows. .
This device also has a built in gyroscope for activity tracking and wireless charging.
Apps are available for Apple and Android. .
On-demand heart rate tracking will be available in late 2018 and upon further investigation I found out the device is also used to track respiratory rate, breathing variance, and body temperature.
After looking in the site it seems that the Oura Team is going to be aggressive in creating additional enhancements to this already cool piece of jewelry/wearable tech.

I don't think it claims to make you sleep better, but rather gives you the data about the quality of your sleep. Then you can make changes to your diet, supplements, time you go to bed, etc etc to see what affects it has on your sleep and then refine a personal protocol that improves your sleep. The ring itself is nothing more than a monitor.

He might have been. I've seen those toe rings that are supposed to make you lose weight. Maybe he sold those.
That's a pretty cool ring and it seems like it's a big help in many ways :) I don't really need it, but for someone with sleeping problems, this could be a life changer! I also think that if the device lasts for long enough the price isn't bad at all since it has a lot of different functions :)
