I recommend this smart watch to our senior relatives for their protection and vital signs monitoring. Once they long press the button will automatically send an emergency message to caregiver and relatives. When they fall it will call. Actually this is not only for seniors but also for anyone who wants to stay healthy. It will show your heart rate, respiratory rate , how many steps you make and how much calories burned. You can also make some medication reminder, calendar alerts etc.

Pros:

• When you fall, it calls automatically to one person but will text as many as you listed on th setting
Cons:
• If it is not connected to hub or a smartphone the Fall and SOS function will be deactivated. It will only save you if it is connected

This is such a great and a must smart watch for elderly people, it's function of detecting vital signs is such a wonderful feat to achieved. Would definitely buy this one for my grandmother who is having a hypertension and they can't avoid to have lots of bodily problems since they are aging, this watch would be beneficial to them. I wouldn't mind for the price of this one, health is wealth and that make this watch perfect! 5 out 5 for this smart watch.
