When was the last time you had your eyes tested?
Physicians are recommending that we should have our eyes tested once every two years. But sometimes we are too lazy to visit the doctor and at least, this is what we should do at home to check our eye's conditions.
This fully responsive website & app by the well known manufacturer of optics, Carl Zeiss, provides users with a simple online questionnaire resulting in personalized recommendations for visual aids specifically tailored to their individual day-to-day needs. It only takes 10-15 minutes to finish this questionnaire.
The Results from "My Vision Profile" can be presented to a ZEISS optician as printout or via QR code.

I don't have enough time to go to the ophthalmologist and check my eyes well, so it's a good idea.
