The Glidecycle is a one of a kind bicycle that is pedal free and lets user workout by running without having to worry about knee or impact pains.
The exercise is called weightless running and it only takes about 20 minutes to get used to it. It's simply running but the bicycle lifts the body in which you don't have to exert a whole lot of force just to be on a steady pace.
