A gamer will always be a gamer!!
If you are a gamer, you will really be familiar with this game. Dota 2 International is very influential since there have been so many both local and international tournaments elsewhere.
It is considered as one of the most played games on steam or most probably considered as the one.
To give you an idea, it is the stand-alone sequel to the Defense of the Ancients (DotA) which is created for Blizzard Entertainment's Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion pack.
Dota 2 is played in matches between two teams of five players, with each team occupying and defending their own separate base on the map. Each of the ten players independently controls a powerful character, known as a "hero", who all have unique abilities and differing styles of play. During a match, players collect experience points and items for their heroes to successfully battle the opposing team's heroes in player versus player combat. A team wins by being the first to destroy a large structure located in the opposing team's base, called the "Ancient".

this game was release in 9 Jul, 2013 and while it's cool, it's a very well known game with competitions and clans that have been playing it a very long time so it's not new.
