There are so many weight loss app on the market, some are good and some are just plain ok. Today I would like to share this app called Lose It because it has 4.5 rating in Google Ratings.
This is one of the best loses weight app, it has key features as below:

~ Track you meals + Exercise Database
~ It connects to apps and smart devices such as Smartwatch etc.
~ It has a database community for encouragement, guidance, support, and inspiration
The Tracking devices are hand-curated by their staff nutrition expert, where the user can search over 7millions food, restaurant items, and brands around the world. Just scan the barcode of the food product and it can tell the user the nutritional values of the food.
Or even so, just snap a picture of the food, the app literally gives the data of nutrition in that food.
