I see so much potential to this project and it is pushing things even further from DPoS and the only competitor I can think of is Hashgraph.

So apart from all the features you listed, I think, this one is going to bring real investors, and that too after its fully established. And then dapps built on this will be real killers.
And incentives in terms of execution fee will be earned by a Node when it participates in creating a valid Temporal Proof. So that would be similar to our witness. What about end users and their incentive ?
When it comes to the end user, it's a matter of having better DAPPs with better performance and competitive pricing. Imagine running @steemmonsters on Ethereum vs running it on STEEM. With more supply of transactions, each individual transaction costs less. This will get more devs on board and more projects led to more users and it'll build a good ecosystem.

I was able to understand better from this link you provided in one of the comments. The Idea of Hashgragh is a great one but it is more complex and I don't think it entails scalability at it's peak.
