Second Copy is an Amazing application which is used for automating the process of transferring the files also folders in your computer. It provides you the platform to automate the process by scheduling tasks that can run automatically as you planed in the background without interfering in your work.
It makes a backup of your data files to another directory, internal or external hard disk or to a computer across the network
.It requires no user interaction and it runs in the background . once it is set up you always have a backup of your data somewhere else.
Can store the profiles in groups thus giving you the possibility to organize your tasks foe leisure or the activities related to work.
Second copy is best software for schelduling and sharing your files in you computer or through a local area network.

Great find. I had been looking for a reliable tool to automatically back up the new stuff on my PC to an external hard drive. Now, I'm doing this manually, which takes up a lot of time.
I just downloaded the trial version. If it works like I hope it does, I won't hesitate to purchase because of the very reasonable price

No matter how much we understand the need to back-up, and how good our intentions, so many of us (me included) hardly ever do it.
When you consider the data you have on your computer - important documents, family photos, media purchased from different places, in different formats. There's just so much to lose.
But making a back-up of that data is seen as a chore, and something we keep putting off again and again. So, to have something running in the background, backing-up as you work is great.
I'm a PC user, and would assume this is PC only, as I believe Mac's have Apple's Timemachine, which as far as I know, does a similar thing. Regardless, for me, it'd be a great solution.
We all need backups and I was looking for a solution to help me with this. I will give it a try.
