The world is going digital and considering the number of complains from job seekers. Tengai Unbiased was built to solve such problem, this robot helps companies and employers to recruit workers by interviewing them.
Research by TNG in 2018 shows that almost 73% believe they have been discriminated against while applying for a job based on their age, gender, ethnicity, handicap, sexual preferences, appearance, weight or health

Hello, I really appreciate your effort & Here is my opinion-
Awesome! Well, I think it could be the process of hiring in future because As I have experienced in Some Interview if the HR do Partiality based on the Job Seeker Gender and we can easily avoid such things.
It will cost saving and time saving but To be honest I think it quite difficult at least right now because I don't think Robot has skill to learn & Understand the Psychology of Human Mind so that he can hire the perfect one. What do you think?

This is a welcome development for employer should adopt, because many insincere acts happen during job interview which leave most qualified not getting the job but with unbaised robot the best will get the job. Kudos for your find
