you can select your own genre of music you want to listen which will increase the efficiency of your workout session and keep you motivated throughout the session.
Get those hips moving with Coach who will instruct you through voice what needs to be done.
got your own personalized workout session don't worry you can chose it.
chose the BPM music according to your choice.
Give it a try i'm sure it'll help you loose that excess fat and keeps your workout session hassle free
