Making some Tarka

So tonight I am going to make some Tarka for my Family. This is the first time I have ever tried to make Tarka but I feel quite confident that I will succeed given the amount of Videos I have watched on YouTube to get the recipe right. As you can see I have my Garlic, Onions, Coriander diced and my Tomatoes ready to go. I have also prepped and Diced some Potatoes to add in the Tarka. Most people don't like having Potatoes in Tarka but I like them as it gives another texture of Flavor.

I also have the actual Dal on the Pressure Cooker so that it becomes softer and once it does then I can start the real Cooking Process. All in all I hope I make a good Tarka.
