Talk about Inactive Accounts on Steemit

This post is kind of a reply to a Question on Musing. Here is the Original Question
I do agree on the fact that there are a lot of Accounts that are either Bots or have left Steemit due to the Bear Market, but I don't believe that it is 80% it might be somewhat close to 40% or 45%.
Then again if you want to restructure the whole system then it would take a lot of resources. I would much rather like an Auto Muting System where if a Person has never posted or Commented for over 3 Months then he/she gets auto Muted.
But you also have to consider the fact that they might have invested money in the platform and is busy at the moment. So that might be tough on that guy's investment.
Long Story short there are a lot of Pro's and Con's to restructure the Following System so it would be better if we do a Monthly or Bi-Monthly Sweep where we filter out people who are inactive and Unfollow them.
