Batchoy on a Rainy day

After class me and Gazel had decided to walk on the Mactan–Mandaue Bridge, officially the Sergio Osmeña Bridge with the strong & bad weather condition the loud sound of thunder storm had joined us. On the way down to the bridge our cloths went very wet including our shoes and sack and it sucks. We ride a Jeep to reach Tamiya on basak while waiting for the tricycle we decided to walk and luckily we saw a vendor of Batchoy so we took an order and really enjoy the delicious taste of it's broth, it is the perfect time to eat Batchoy because of very cold weather.

What is BATCHOY

Everyone, batchoy is a noddle soup menu, origin place is from the Philippines which means it also belongs to the Philippines delicacies. The ingredients of this are rushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles.
