I recently came across this article which capture my interest.

It has to do with the United State Airforce which has a plane the E-4B.
This plane can withstand the detonation of an atomic explosion.

That is according to the CNBC journalist that had a tour inside the Air Force E-4B.

I very much doubt that any plane could withstand the nuclear blast of an atomic explosion. Unless the E-4B created using alien technology.
