The Success of Steemit Comes Through Temptation....

True leaders never give up their vision, they continue where everyone else will stop. It's not a point if we attack @ned the right way is that instead of decentralized ideas and projects, now all of us join together to help Steemit inc. I am sorry that such a genius project is doing great damage to all users who have given their time, emotions and money and to damage the value of Steem. We still have time to fix things and go in the right direction.

I've talked many times in my posts that the value of Steem depends on the number of users, the last time we've cut a large number of spammers and poor users. Now Steemit has lost its brilliance, vibrancy with commentaries and a lot of new users. Flags and minuses are also one big mistake for me, it's simpler than you can block users who are bothering you. There are several things I would change, that I am able to make decisions.

Witnesses - should be increased from 20 to the first 100 witnesses who have the same earnings and the ability to innovate on Steemit servers. This would bring a greater dynamic and the challenge of making creative solutions. Because the first 20 witnesses earn the most money, this would be split between the earliest 100 witnesses who have the same opportunities.

When Steem value is high then the wage is big, then money should be drawn into the development fund. When a crisis arises, then there is a reserve from where to pay for the witnesses, that would bring stability to the times of the crisis. It is necessary to think ahead of the things that can happen, the current crisis is the chance to make a better Steemit.

It would enable everyone to become users in a simple way, increase the flow of users and add a referral system. Instead of getting 25% for the upvote, I would share that 15% go back, and 10% would give it at three levels of depth (from a salary that has a post of 3.33%). This would attract a large number of new users, and new users at the same time mean new investors in Steem.

With this model, we would solve four things - 1. Not all users are good bloggers, but everyone would have a chance to earn money, 2. some users have the talent to promote Steemit and bring new users, 3. bring a large number of new users and investor, 4. Raise the value of Steem. You know, I've said that focus is the most important thing for business success, instead of focus we have a dispersion of energy for a large number of applications that unfortunately have failed to attract a large number of new users. All who come to Steemit want to make money, that's the main motive, and if the beneficiaries do not make a profit then they will leave.

Now it's a challenge to get a reward for the right solution that we can find from the Steemit user. I would make a competition of ideas and I would give $ 1,000,000 to the prize pool. This would motivate all Steemit users who have knowledge in the field of business and programming, would also attract new geniuses and capable people from other projects outside Steemit. We need to understand one thing, Steemit is not Steem but Steemit users are at the same time the biggest investors in Steem. If Steemit falls and loses customers who have invested a lot of work, time, money then it is difficult for Steem to rise to the right level of value.

It is time for those who decide to listen to our voice, as users and investors, we want to help Steemit become what deserves, and that's the top of business social networks.
