Opera Launched Its Desktop Version - Now With An ERC20 Crypto Wallet Included
After integrating a crypto-wallet into their Android version a few months ago, Opera just launched the desktop version updated with this feature. The wallet is ETH-based, it scans all your ERC20 tokens and, on top of that, comes with a nifty Dapp browser.
Here are the steps to enable the wallet (you'd obviously need to download the latest version from Opera website).
1. Settings - Enable Crypto Wallet
Here's how it looks after you enabled it: a new icon appears on the left sidebar.
If you tap it, you will see something like this:
2. Pair It With Your Android Wallet
You need t have an Android wallet first and pair it with the app by scanning a QR code on the desktop. After you scan the code, here's how the wallet looks like:

Although it is just pairing your android wallet and not creating a new one, it is a nice way to introduce the wallet services into the desktop browser.
This is good publicity for ETH, and for the cryptosphere in general.
Steem needs patnerships like this. SAMSUNG is taken, IPHONE will mostly be created and be on an independent blockchain. Brave browser is taken, now OPERA is taken too.
It will be awesome to see Steem partner with SONY.

And thats why opera has been my favorite browser for years - always going first into exploring and inovative areas... not that they didn't make mistakes but... all the hotkeys and mouse controls... now built in VPNs and adblocks + crypto wallet... Just awesome!
