GLOBAL STEEM ADOPTION! HOW CAN IT BE ACHIEVED?

Some times, I sit back to think about the things that can be done to encourage more people easily join steemit to start creating quality contents in order to add value by making use of the steem blockchain. I found out that there are millions of things that can be done to get more people streaming into the steem blockchain but the major problem that can restrict the speed of getting more people to use the steem blockchain is the steemit itself

I think YES! It is a step by step process. Steemit has to take some initial steps to make that happen

Reduction of the long awaiting period before getting your password:

This is one of the major protocols that limits the enthusiasm of some curios newbies who must have just heard about steemit and tries to open an account. I understand that being active here is mostly about the passion to be here and this is really boosted and encouraged when you get good rewards, so the newbies that will become passionate steemians will be patient enough to wait for 2 weeks+ in order to get their own passwords to start steeming. There are many friends and foes whom I have personally introduced to steemit, one of 'em told me she waited for 28 days before she could get her own password. That ridiculed me, cause I've never heard about long waiting periods that is above 15days.
I understand that this long period of waiting could be because of some technical evaluations and confirmations or even more but why then is it possible for one to get an account under five minutes by paying 5 steem for it using @anonsteem or by using @blocktrades.
How about steemit Inc integrates such a good and faster registration services for free and then surely this will give a boost to the incoming number of people into the steem blockcahin

Steemit Inc should Pay for major advertisement about the steemit social media in order to make steemit more popular in the world

If the devs and CEO of steemit decides to spend much more money and go into major advertisement of steemit by paying for google ads, Youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram reddit ads etc. and makes it consistent for more than a year+, then population will explode exponentially like a wildfire if and only if the waiting period will also be reduced. Yes, it will be because of the ability of steemit to reward it's users on their platform that will go a long way to convince and introduce more people into the use of other cryptocurrencies and the blockchain itself.
Steemit should be advertised beyond rewarding it's users but as an important socail tool that one can use to build and develop or even use for good business.
It's should also be advertised like a blockchain where you can pitch your abilities and talent, Maybe not for the reward everytime but to develop.
This can get more passionate steemians down here who are ready go stay for as long as they can.

Making the frontend experience of steemit.com more simple and sociable:

When I first heard about steemit last year 2017, I learnt that "steemit a social media platform that rewards users for creating contents online by following the protocol of the logic calculated into the reward pool of the steem blockchain that permits their users to reward each other by upvoting a post".
That sounded very simple and less complicated to me until I opened an account.
