Some people like to collect/stack silver and or gold coins and we have some 150 (known) of these people here on steemit who often post in #steemsilvergold.

Some two years already this group is running a memberbot which in turn of delegated steempower gives the members one daily upvote. The return on the delegated steempower is around 30% per annum which is way more than you can make by delegating SP to a bidbot (max 17% return nowadays)

So how does this work a member bot like @ssg-community ?

1. You have to find some people who wanna run it (code lovers who can operate a small autovote type of programm)
2. They make a steemit account for the member bot and share the passwords with the (other) running members
3. Rules of vote per amount steempower delegated are shared and communicated.
4. The account collects our steempower in one place hence adds up all the voting power in one place
5. One partial vote of SSG therefore represents the same as X of your own votes
6. Extra leased SP paid out of liquid steem (raised by special actions and curation) can make the return even higher

Members best post every day to optimize the return but you can set it up differently like in the @rewards-pool where higher votes are given/drawn everynow and then on your last post. Another similar bot for daily voting is @steemcryptosicko run by a member of SSG as well and open to everyone (unlike a member bot.)

Now serious about the return

The steem price itself is very volatile and we have seen what that can mean in the past. Given that risk the reward for the risk you take should be high and as shown as above can be around 30% the way we do it.

To comfort those non-members who say that we are doing nothing else but "self-vote eachother " I can say that most of our members have much more steempower than we delegate to the member bot and this we do delegate to @partiko and @wherein and @dcommerce all in the interest of a good future of steem!

Furthermore the community discussed here has produced two consequitive years a pure silver steem round (mintage 1500 pieces shipped globally and highly sought for now ) financed by either steem or cash.
