The 2018 Supercopa de Espana championship won by Barcelona after holding Sevilla 2-1 in a match held at Stade Ibn Batouta, Tangier, Morocco.
Initially Barcelona had left behind after Sevilla scored through Pablo Sarabia. But Barca rose and reversed the position thanks to goals from Gerard Pique and Dembele.
The match has been interesting since the first minute. Sevilla have also managed to excel when the game has been running for nine minutes. Receiving feedback Luis Muriel, Sarabia successfully struck the ball into goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.
The goal was not directly authorized by the referee because it was waiting for instructions from the VAR team to check whether Sarabia was standing in an offside position or not. In the end the goal was passed and Sevilla also won 1- 0.
Left behind 0-1 makes Barca try to get up by increasing the intensity of the attack. Unfortunately the chances of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are still unable to score goals.
Barca finally managed to equalize in the 42nd minute. Starting from Messi's free kick, the ball that hit the goalpost again turned around because of the body of Tomas Vaclik goalkeeper.
But the ball hit the goal post once more and this time it was Pique's successful goal. A score of 1 - 1 lasted until halftime.
Barca's struggle was finally successful after Dembele scored a beautiful goal through a hard shot from outside the penalty box in the 78th minute. Barca also managed to turn things around.
Entering the injury period, Sevilla had a golden opportunity to equalize when they were awarded a penalty after Ter Stegen violated Carlos Del Cerro in the forbidden box.
Unfortunately the execution of Wissam Ben Yedder was successfully secured by Ter Stegen. Score 2-1 for Barca's victory was the final result of this fight.
