Wow, that's a very interesting idea, @scarwly! Very symbolic and unique. I had some friends on Steemit who got fed up with it very fast and didn't even tried. Maybe their expectations didn't meet the reality. I really hope you stay positive and active here for a long time.
You started a month after me and now you're 54th in ranking. That is AMAZING in my opinion. I'm so happy and proud of you, seriously!
Keep up the extraordinary work! ;) <3 <3 <3

Aww thank you, katchan. I have a high expectation of myself and everyone else, maybe similar to your friends? ^^; And there are many talents on this place who skyrocket faster than I do so I don’t really feel that it’s amazing. I’m very sure your reputation would be much MUCH higher too if you make posts more often.

Anyway one thing I know is that I’m lucky to meet people like you on Steemit 🤗.

Aw, thank you, @scrawly! ^.^ I'm really glad I joined Steemit (better late than never as people say). There were times when I posted every day, sometimes even twice a day. The result wasn't very flattering, because I had to engage myself and spend more time not only on posting, but also commenting on other artists stuff, searching for great new posts, etc. ... and I've struggled a lot with that (because I didn't have enough time and had to practice my English more). But I'm improving with every step. ^.^
I don't want to have high expectations, it's better for me to do it for fun and chatting. ^.^ I really wish to turn it into my regular job tho'. XD

Yeah posting and commenting are rather difficult, I understand that pretty well. But it’s also good for us, to do things that we are struggling with because then we’ll get better at it.

As for Steemit as a job, I don’t know if it’s possible for me. But maybe you can do it!! :D

That is a really cool idea. I like how you got there.

Abstract art is fun but actually I have difficulties deciding on the final form because it can be so many different versions. The freedom is like free flying lol.

Thank you choo.

Dear Artzonian, thanks for using the #ArtzOne hashtag. Your work is valuable to the @ArtzOne community. Quote of the week: Art, freedom and creativity will change society faster than politics. -Victor Pinchuk

Line and bar charts do make for interesting city skylines in a pinch XD I like the reflected drippiness of the colours :)

goatsig

I like drawing reflections! They look so pretty to me, maybe because of the light play involved.
Thank you Fyn 🤗.

LOL brilliant idea. Hey this could have been part of the comedyopenmic too. Steemit City!! lol love it how you grabbed a graph to draw it.

A part of comedyopenmic? I thought they only do funny :O. I hope they don’t have a deadline for the submission, because I haven’t come up with anything good yet XP.

Thank you Supersoju. Hey I’ve been wondering if you are a superhero because of the super part of your nick :3.

Well I thought it was funny.

The contest runs weekly and deadline is Friday. So not to worry, if you miss this one, there is always next week. Just keep an eye out on their page for when it starts.

hehehe
Soju: mummy was mean, this was how my name came about

You really have a very peculiar sense of humour, very off kilter <3.

Soju is a super cat??! What’s her super power? Is it being super cute? I bet she’s a great cheer leader.

hahaha

Soju's super power is being 'super naughty' lol

Lol that’s a really clever idea scrawly, nice one. I never thought about the charts like that. Ur a genius.

There are actually a lot of interesting shapes that can be derived from simple lines, I think it’s because our brain have the ability to both condense and extrapolate information.

Anyway, I’m hardly a genius, you’re too crazy nice, Chris XD.

I love images that walk the line between realistic and abstract. This one is especially compelling.

Yes the half realistic abstract is my favourite kind of abstract as well. Thank you Winston :).

Wow, very creative, @scrawly ! Using the steemit graph as a foundation for your art, and seeing it as a cityscape is such a thing that would have never occured to me !!! Love the tone and the texture, also, and I particularly really wants to love that yellowish greenish colours <3 Very beautiful choices~

You like the yellow green colour? I guess people are really different because that’s the part that I’m worried the most when I was drawing.

Thank you 🕷

yayaya i love that colour and how you used it here :D very fab, it gives the canvas that ZING of vibrancy that snakes it out of its rainy vibes :D gorgeous~~~

This is so creative! The color palette you used is nice and peaceful 🌸

When I’m making this, the green sometimes rebelled and wanted to turn into bright yellow, which is ick because it destroyed the mood completely. I’m glad I managed to keep it green until the end.

Thank you Ophelia :).
