Good day Steemian welcome to today's Steem price update for 9/1/2019 I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com many have came here to discuss the daily Steem prices and changes for just over 2 years now.

I also want to mention just incase your thinking something doesn't seem normal from the other regular Price update posts that the daily Steem price posts do slightly change from time to time.

But regardless of changes we will carry on as usual and by this I mean knowing the price of Steem as its important for your daily plan or strategy and honestly even if you are not planing to do anything with your Steem I still recommend checking out these updates and keeping an eye on the price, so without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price Change for 9/1/2019

Should you be trading with Steem today..

Happy 2019 the price of Steem and SBD's were booming last year but we leave 2018 with Steem at $0.26 and as for now Steem as mostly been around $0.30. We are seeing some very slow movement from Steem and while frustrating for many its a good sign that it will go up, and infact it's been doing just that and so Steem finally reached $0.30 for 2019. We have seen 4 greens now and to be honest we highly expected red today it did happen earlier Steem fell down to nearly $0.29 at ⏰01.25 but the results for today are $0.31 this is because by ⏰02.00 Steem was already back at $0.31 we had one other downbump at ⏰15.15 also taking Steem to $0.30 so really if your a buyer it's not happening. Since Bitcoin's upwave on Jan 6th regardless of its peak at $4075 it's actually been very slowly going down so unless we get some good upbumps Bitcoin wil fall back to $3850. Just remember if the fall comes it will be a good time to get more Steem incase it continues upwards after also Ned as been powering down again possibly making Steem available cheaper for those who want it. Regardless going up is slowly taking alot of stress off the Steem INC team we only need to get a little further up as survival past this is looking much better. While Bitcoin as gone down we have already been here before and Steem was not hitting $0.30 but now we are, Steem is getting stronger guys. It's already been predicting 2019 could be a dull year for prices unless something changes well there is already a slight movement going on but if nothing happens then I hope those who are in the game will take this opportunity to keep collecting Steem. As at these low prices we are still on a survival mode era of Steemit.com, Bitcoin dropped drastically forcing Steem's value to tank causing Steem-INC staff reductions and a possible threat to the website. The conclusion was to survive by cutting down costs of nodes among other strategies which will still take time to implement. Right now there is a focus on a multi index RocksDB adapter which is a new technology in development to allow the Steem blockchain nodes to store almost all it's necessary data to a disk in a modern database instead of RAM, this move will make nodes cheaper. Steemit INC said they are on track with it's cost reductions and with SMT's. Remember we fell to $0.22 and look were we are now at $0.31, we are slowly getting into a better place. Also you might already know but Steem was added on to stateofthedapps.com but is also now on dapp.com. SBD's held on their future promise on seeing us to $0.84 which we saw only briefly yesterday, the results were $0.82 but we saw SBD's fall to $0.81 so it was nice to see that so early at ⏰05.35 SBD's where already holding well at $0.84 the only troubled time was at ⏰18.50 when it fell to $0.82 this was worrying if we wanted to make $0.84 today but it still happened.
