SugarSteem takin’ a Snooze
This pet rescue was 22 hours from being put down due to over crowded shelters. She was a discarded stray 2 times and had been walking the streets the shelter said for years.
We instantly fell in love with sugar. She weighed in at 8 lbs and was severely underweight and had social anxiety issues. She was scared of people and had no life to want to play or personality.
It’ll be her 1 year anniversary in 3 weeks we’ve had her, and i can’t ever part with her. She’s so quirky and fun, sweet and caring, loves to snuggle, and is 11 lbs healthy, fast an officially a Senior at 7 yrs old next month.
I’m so happy this dog found us. While most comment on her being fat or walks funny i plan to make her a Steem Superstar once “SugarSteem” is announced!
We are getting closer each day to a working UI for the community to enjoy on Steem!

Glad to see Sugar has done so well under your loving care. I don't have pets, but I don't like to see them suffering or abandoned either. I guess there's the other side of things to, where she has to watch her weight, eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. Hunh. Sounds like what I keep getting told.
Thanks for the snippet of an update on SugarSteem. Any unofficial ETA?
