If there is no better explanation I am going to consider that there is a HIDDEN INTEREST to DAMAGE THE STEEM PRICE...possibly because what you want to do is what you did till now...

The only plan for you is the SPECULATIVE ONE consisting on shorting STEEM and BUYING at a quarter of the current price.

But in the meantime you still believe that the Steem blockchain will survive...? Did you think on the consequences?
